NOTICE OF COUNTY ORDINANCE

On July 15, 2008, the Barren Fiscal Court adopted, on second reading, an ordinance amending Barren County Ordinance 352 implementing enforcement of the Kentucky Building Code in Barren County on all residential dwellings including those located on farms. The full text of the ordinance is available for public inspection in the County Judge/Executive Office, 117 North Public Square, Suite 3A, Glasgow, Kentucky.
